Refund policy

1. Eligibility Window

You can request an exchange, return, or refund within 7 days of the product being delivered. Any request beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product received

Exchange Terms:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags, box, laces, inserts, etc.)
  • Exchange is subject to availability
  • Style or color swaps are not supported unless due to error

📦 We offer FREE reverse pickup for all eligible exchanges.

📩 To initiate: Email care@ogie-way.com with your order ID, reason, and product photos (if applicable).

3. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item delivered

⚠️ We do not accept returns for size issues; please opt for an exchange instead.

Upon successful inspection, you can choose:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future OGIE-Way purchases

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days post product pickup and quality check.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Limited drops or collectible editions
  • Gift cards & accessories

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the return/exchange policy will apply.

6. OGIE-Way's Right to Refuse

Wanderbudd Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request if the product does not meet policy terms.
