Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly double-check all details before completing checkout.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
All orders are shipped from Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

In rare cases, due to high demand, an item may become unavailable even after your order is placed. If this happens, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

OGIE-Way reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion as part of our order review and security process.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note that orders may experience minor delays during high-demand periods, launches, sales, or holidays.

Pre-Order Policy

For items marked Pre-Order:

  • Payment is collected at checkout.
  • Items will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • We offer complimentary standard shipping (4-7 business days) within India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier services.

International Shipping:

  • We ship globally via trusted partners like DHL Express / UPS / FedEx / Aramex.
  • Delivery charges and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • International shipping timelines typically range from 5–12 business days, excluding the 24-hour order processing window.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are borne by the customer. Please consult your local customs office for estimates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as ‘Delivered’ by the courier, OGIE-Way is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
